Financial firms are increasingly aware of security vulnerabilities, that arise either through inadequate code hardening or evolving, ever more sophisticated attack vectors.
In response, Infosys and Microsoft have launched a new security solution called Cloud Next on 26th November 2019. Cloud Next, built by Infosys on the Microsoft Azure Sentinel platform, delivers real-time security and data threat management.
“We are developing platform-based offerings that leverage Azure Sentinel to help customers simplify security operations [at] scale,” stated Vishal Salvi, Practice Head of Infosys Cyber Security.
This announcement from the India-headquartered technology giant Infosys is the latest in a series of announcements across the industry aimed at enabling firms to harness the power of cloud and AI.
According to Ann Johnson, Corporate Vice President for Cybersecurity at Microsoft: “Combining the strengths of Microsoft and Infosys [enables] enterprises to better manage their security posture.”
