QMetry, the test management and automation platform for DevOps has remodelled its key product – QMetry Automation Studio (QAS) – around codeless test automation practices.

“We built this in record time to address the gap for codeless test automation that enables testers, developers, and business analysts to deliver test automation with no coding skills required,” said Makarand Teje, QMetry CEO (pictured).

No-code test automation is able to reduce the time needed to create and maintain tests, using AI enabled features like self-healing, smart wait, and auto correction. Through the use of chains of pre-configured and swappable components, QAS codeless tests can be run across multiple platforms, supporting web, mobile, and web services / APIs.

While QAS saw its debut in 2012, QMetry describes this release as a ‘completely refreshed product with new architecture’.

QAS integrates with CI/CD tools and includes test data management tools and its test can be executed without an interface (through the command line), easing automation increasing the speed of tests.
