Tech Mahindra Partners with Telangana University on Blockchain Accelerator
Tech Mahindra has partnered with Telangana University’s State Information Technology, Electronics and Communication department to create a “Blockchain district” – a centre for process and infrastructure development for Blockchain-focused companies and start-ups in the country.
Functioning as a Blockchain incubator and accelerator, the centre will provide support with platforms and technology, as well as regulation and policy (via Telangana’s ITE & C department) to participants. The aim is to promote Blockchain growth both domestically and globally.
“The Blockchain District is a global talent hub which can unlock the value of Blockchain technology in democratising data and solving large scale problems. It is also a huge step in reskilling and right skilling the workforce of the Future, said Tech Mahindra CEO C P Gurnami.
