SQS acquires transformation consultancy to expand end-to-end consulting and quality solution offerings

SQS Software Quality Systems, the Cologne-based specialist in software quality assurance, has announced the acquisition of Moorhouse Consulting, a London-based transformation consultancy. Together, SQS and Moorhouse aim to provide the business and digital capability to help clients deliver transformational change. The acquisition, a significant move by SQS, which announced its takeover by Assystem Technologies in December 2017, highlights their focus on delivering end-to-end solutions for clients, from strategy through to delivery, the company said. Established in 2004, Moorhouse Consulting delivers projects in key strategic areas including change management, customer journey improvement, strategic design, digital and technology transformations, post-merger & acquisition integration, programme management and performance improvement.
