Indian systems integrator Infosys has acquired Netherlands-based Fluido, Salesforce cloud consulting, implementation and training partner with reach across Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed by the company, though, according to a regulatory filing, the deal was worth $76 million. Fluido is a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner in Europe, and an Authorized Salesforce Training Delivery partner in the Nordics. The company has offices in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Slovakia. Fluido typically supports customers across the manufacturing, energy, retail and telecommunications sectors. Infosys, despite its global reach and long list of IT services, is looking to diversify beyond its existing list of proprietary software solutions. To this end, the company is also seeking a buyer for Panaya – an Israeli test automation firm, which the software giant acquired in 2015.  As of this week, however, the company is yet to find a buyer for the business. Reports from Indian media claim that the company is now leveraging Panaya’s products for internal business needs, in order to find use cases to bring to prospective buyers.
