Le QA Financial Digital Forum France est une conférence virtuelle unique pour les responsables de l'assurance qualité, des tests, de l'ingénierie logicielle, de DevOps, du risque opérationnel et de la gestion des risques informatiques. Le Forum aborde les principaux problèmes auxquels sont confrontées les banques, les plateformes de négociation et les compagnies d'assurance alors qu’elles cherchent à mettre en œuvre de nouvelles technologies dans l’automation logicielle. L’une des questions clés que le Forum abordera est la façon dont les sociétés financières mesurent la qualité des logiciels, d'autant plus que les régulateurs renforcent leur contrôle de la gestion des risques informatiques.

Arrivée au sein de Crédit Agricole Assurances depuis 1 an , pour insuffler la transformation sur les tests au sein des équipes IT. Les grands enjeux de la transformation sont : Mise en place d’un cadre référence méthodologique permettant l’industrialisation, Evolution vers une automatisation intégrée dans la chaîne Devops, s’appuyant sur une flexibilité avec des partenaires externes.
Eric Bischoff est Directeur Commercial France chez Delphix depuis 4 ans. Auparavant, il a travaillé dans différentes entreprises comme BusinessObjects, SAP où il était en charge des solutions de Business Intelligence. Passionné par les données et les solutions innovantes c’est tout naturellement qu’il a intégré Delphix qui, propose une plateforme de gestion des données, pour accélérer les développements et les tests des applications dans les environnements hybride et multi-Cloud.
Depuis presque 13 ans, j’ai eu la chance de découvrir le monde la QA et du test. Initialement issu d’un cursus de développeur, j’ai découvert ce milieu lors de la validation de mon projet de fin d’étude et aie tout de suite attrapé le virus. Après obtention de mon diplôme en 2008, j’ai décidé de ne pas poursuivre le développement et d’orienter ma carrière dans les tests en tant qu’ingénieur QA. J’ai par la suite gravi les étapes step by step en passant par du consulting, de la coordination, du coaching et aujourd’hui du management depuis presque 7 ans. Véritable passionné du test et de l'IT, je m'efforce de maintenir mes connaissances par de la veille technologique ou différents types de meet-up ouverts au public permettant d'échanger avec d'autres confrères sur le vaste monde de la QA et tout ce qui s'y approche.
Chez Direct Assurance depuis février 2005, début en tant que développeur Cobol / DB2. Il y a 5 ans, changement de métier vers le test. Depuis testeur dans différentes équipes: legacy, téléphonie, sinistres et contrats Mise en place et utilisation des différents outils afin d’automatiser les tests pour le contrôle de notre SI.
Justyn Trenner is Corporate Development Director of QA Media and responsible for the QA Vector research offerings. Prior to joining QA Media, Justyn built ClientKnowledge, a financial services research and advisory business, providing a range of market research, strategic and business development advice and quantitative trading solutions. Several leading banks developed their global markets and e-commerce strategy based upon this advice, while several regional banks based their automated pricing, real-time analytics and risk management on the innovative solutions. Justyn sold the business to ICAP plc in 2012 where his executive responsibilities included the build of hosted trading software solutions and also corporate acquisitions and development. After completing his earn-out, he has advised a range of financial technology startups and banks on strategy, corporate development and technology strategy.
Maarten Dijkema accompagne et met en place des stratégies de tests pour de grosses entreprises (CAC 40) dans les secteurs d’e-commerce, finance et objets connectés. Ses expériences et constantes interactions avec des directeurs de produits numériques et chefs de projets lui permettent de comprendre les difficultés et problématiques du secteur.
Thanks to 10 years in the IT sector, including 7 on the QA field, I work with French companies in order to implement customed testing approaches based on various offers : expertise, Delivery, automation, performance and Business Process Modelling.
Farah's rigorous, resourceful and energetic character has proven to be a valuable asset throughout his academic and professional life. After successfully completing her master's degree in computer science with honours to become an engineer, she became particularly interested in innovation and service improvement. She began to take an interest in quality assurance from her internship experience by testing products and services for INFOTEL, then for Groupama. This experience sparked her passion for quality control and she joined Dassault Systèmes to become a quality assurance engineer for R&D products. Her global experience in quality control is put to good use at MANGOPAY (end-to-end payment solution for marketplaces) and Leetchi (the largest social pot platform founded in Europe). As Head of QA, she enjoys working in an innovative environment with new daily challenges in a highly regulated environment. She is confronted daily with challenges that push her to build an evolving and robust strategy to ensure the quality of the services. Her caring and innovative mindset are particularly put to use to support her team with whom she tackles the daily issues at hand.
Iva has always been passionate about data and every aspect of it - Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Architecture. After obtaining a BSc in Software Engineering and working as a Data Analyst in one of Philip Morris' factories, she decided to do a MSc in Data Mining and Knowledge Management and become a Data Scientist. She has worked for the French Railroads (SNCF), notably in a team that has deployed the first intelligent block in the SNCF mobile application (next destination prediction based on user habits). She then joins the MANGOPAY adventure (end-to-end payment solution for marketplaces) as Head of Data where she is enjoying every day with her team tackling challenges concerning Analytics and Data Science.
Sébastien has more than 9 years of experience in the banking industry as an IT executive. Before joining Bpifrance in 2018, he held various positions within BNP Paribas in IT Governance and IT Auditing. He is currently head of IT Digital transformation within Bpifrance, working on both digital culture and project delivery. In addition, he is in charge of all Robotic Process Automation activities at Bpifrance.
Luba Konnova works as Senior QA Project Manager at Exactpro, a leading provider of quality assurance services with focus on test automation for securities data distribution, trading systems, risk management, market surveillance and post-trade infrastructures. Luba graduated from Stavropol State University university with a masters degree in computer science and linguistics (English and French). In her career, Luba has enjoyed a number of roles in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Management. Currently she is focused on testing complex post trade systems. As QA Project Manager, she is interested in finding best practices to enhance the testing by using up-to-date testing tools, approaches to ensure full required coverage and guarantee proper testing of software to clients. She is well-familiar with challenges, post trade systems pose and is interested in seeing how Artificial Intelligence will change the nature of testing.
