Chekib has over 19 years’ experience in the management of QA teams. He joined Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking for 14 years where he held different management roles related to a mixed sourcing and worldwide team’s context. Taking benefits of a dynamic and constantly changing environment with regular challenges of time to market, costs pressure and production quality, Chekib has been as well acting on structuring programs for IT transformation related to continuous delivery and Agile@Scale. Chekib is currently heading testing practices for SG CIB with the ambition to scale up both the global testing maturity and the staff autonomy.

As the IT Lead in Bred innovation lab, a.k.a "La Factory", Jan has engaged the bank into Open Innovation through its first Open Source projects and set up its first public tech meetups. As an entrepreneur, he went back and forth between QA and programming and developed an agile and pragmatic view on software quality.

Sylvie NOËL est Directrice Achats de COVEA depuis 2012 et Présidente de l’ADRA (Association des Directeurs et Responsables Achats). Forte de sa double compétence Commercial / Achats, armée d'une détermination de fer et assoiffée de challenges, Sylvie a été Directrice Commerciale de Capgemini de 1997 à 2004, après quoi, elle a intégré la Maif pour y créer une Direction des Achats qu'elle a dirigé. Recrutée en 2009 par la Macif Mutualité comme consultante senior, elle poursuit ensuite sa carrière dans le monde du conseil, notamment, à partir d'avril 2010, au sein de Covéa. Elle y mène, un bilan de la fonction achats, avant de piloter le programme Ensemble pour Mieux Acheter (EMA). Dans ce cadre, elle assure notamment la coordination des activités achats pour diriger le Groupe vers une maturité renforcée des process, méthodes et outils dans ce domaine d'activité. Deux ans plus tard, Covéa l'embauche en qualité de Directrice Achats pour la France et ses filiales étrangères ; chaque jour, Sylvie Noël milite, avec un dynamisme certain, pour une direction achats pro active et innovante.

Having played several roles such as CIO, head of IT or chief architect, Jalil Berrada is a senior IT executive with a broad and varied background in the banking industry. He has managed international teams in multicultural environments. His experience in large international banks (Societe Generale, BNP, HSBC and Attijari Wafabank) on significant business transformation initiatives provides him with a deep IT insight on bank merger and integration, governance, organization streamlining, IT alignment with business strategy and digital business transformation. He is also focused on efficiency and operational excellence improving transparency, performance measurement and operations monitoring to uncover efficiencies. He is currently the global head of IT architecture for central functions in Société Générale. Overseeing the central IS transformation, Jalil has successfully implemented the B2E digital business platform for the corporate functions.

After obtaining a PHD in data communication and operational research, Sébastien worked through many IT companies as both researcher and software developer. Now he is managing PFM (Personal Financial Management) engineering teams at Boursorama Banque, the leading French online bank. His technical abilities and agile experience help him bridge technicality and organisational processes together. He is involved on making teams more Agile and DevSecOps friendly through new processes and change management.

Farah's rigorous, resourceful and energetic character has proven to be a valuable asset throughout his academic and professional life. After successfully completing her master's degree in computer science with honours to become an engineer, she became particularly interested in innovation and service improvement. She began to take an interest in quality assurance from her internship experience by testing products and services for INFOTEL, then for Groupama. This experience sparked her passion for quality control and she joined Dassault Systèmes to become a quality assurance engineer for R&D products. Her global experience in quality control is put to good use at MANGOPAY (end-to-end payment solution for marketplaces) and Leetchi (the largest social pot platform founded in Europe). As Head of QA, she enjoys working in an innovative environment with new daily challenges in a highly regulated environment. She is confronted daily with challenges that push her to build an evolving and robust strategy to ensure the quality of the services. Her caring and innovative mindset are particularly put to use to support her team with whom she tackles the daily issues at hand.

Paul has been running large international IT organisations for more than 30 years, across various financial institutions and multicultural environments. He spent 20 years at Paribas, the investment Bank, being Group CIO when it merged with BNP in 2000 to become BNP Paribas. He then moved to Allianz, the Insurance giant, as Regional CIO to rationalize the merge of three companies and build a strategy in line with the Group guidelines. He was a member of the Group IT Committee. Paul retired in 2007 at the age of 61 to run his own consulting company. He recently moved to a new position of Director of Government and Industry Programs for the Consortium for IT Software Quality in Europe to promote the standards of CISQ with regulators and governing bodies in various industries, with Finance and Healthcare as priority.

Being an experienced technologist with a passion for business, Fabrice is helping for more than 15 years companies in a number of verticals – including telecoms, media, financial services and the public sector – with their IT transformation projects. In his current position of Chief Architect at trade credit insurance firm Euler Hermes, Fabrice is leading the IT Transformation of the company by rebuilding a modern Information System based on APIs, Micro-services, Event-Driven architecture and Cloud in an agile and devops culture.

Fabian is a senior technologist with more than nine years of experience in technology. He has worked as project manager, business analyst, application manager and software developer. In the past he has built applications such as online banking solutions, as well as research and trading systems for banks in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom. Fabian is a hands-on technologist who enjoys working in a DevOps environment following Agile principles. He cares about clean code and continuous delivery of quality software.

Djamel MOSTEFA is an expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He has a strong experience in managing international projects and teams in the field of NLP and AI. He has been managing the development of NLP products and services for speech recognition, machine translation or information retrieval for more than 30 languages. He has published more than 40 scientific papers and is an evaluation expert at the European Commission in the field of AI and NLP.   Fields of expertise:  Artificial Intelligence Natural Language Processing Innovation management Business development

Guillaume est un gestionnaire de version d'assurance qualité expérimenté avec une expérience démontrée de travail dans le secteur bancaire. Ses compétences comprennent les tests agiles, les dérivés sur taux d'intérêt, HP QuickTest Professional (QTP), Team Foundation Server (TFS) et les méthodologies agiles. Guillaume est un professionnel du conseil, diplômé de l'EPITECH - European Institute of Technology. Avant de rejoindre Crédit Agricole CIB, Guillaume a passé plus de 12 ans dans divers postes de direction, notamment chez Vision IT Group, Acial, UNEO et Aldata.

Après des débuts en tant que développeur, Iqbal a passé une dizaine d’année en gestion de projet dans le domaine bancaire. Depuis 5 ans il est en charge de la discipline de test au sein de l’IT retail de BNP PARIBAS. Il est garant de la politique de test, du déploiement des pratiques et des outils. Il a été en charge d’une cellule d’automatisation et contribue à l’évolution des pratiques vers l’AGILE et le DevOps.

Sébastien has more than 9 years of experience in the banking industry as an IT executive. Before joining Bpifrance in 2018, he held various positions within BNP Paribas in IT Governance and IT Auditing. He is currently head of IT Digital transformation within Bpifrance, working on both digital culture and project delivery. In addition, he is in charge of all Robotic Process Automation activities at Bpifrance.

Après avoir débuté sa carrière en tant ingénieur d’études et développement, Karima a passé plus de 15 ans dans le métier de tests sur des secteurs variés y compris le domaine bancaire. Depuis plus d’un an, elle est en charge d’une équipe homologation fonctionnelle transverse chez Bforbank, filiale du groupe Crédit Agricole. Elle anime la communauté des homologateurs dans le respect de bonnes pratiques de tests. Elle accompagne la transformation de la DSI par la professionnalisation de méthodes et d’outils. Elle pilote également l’activité d’automatisation des tests et gère des projets à forte dominante de tests.

Responsable de l’automatisation et de l’outillage DevOps, Jean pilote les projets d’industrialisation au sein d’Euronext. Depuis 2014, ces projets ont permis de transformer la chaîne de delivery, allant de la mise en place des plateformes CI/CD, l’automatisation des builds et des tests jusqu’aux déploiements automatisés en production. Aujourd’hui, ces projets d’industrialisation se concentrent sur trois axes majeurs : la modernisation et l’automatisation de la chaîne de testing, la construction à la demande d’environnements intégrés et la migration vers le Cloud.

Aujourd’hui “Chief Transformation Officer” et à ce titre en charge de la supervision de l’ensemble des projets d’Euronext et de l’exécution du plan stratégique du Groupe, il était auparavant directeur des opérations, incluant les initiatives d’industrialisation. Antérieurement à Euronext, Philippe a été le directeur des opérations chez Capgemini Outsourcing Europe du sud et directeur infogérance chez Euriware entre autres choses. Philippe a plus de 20 expériences de management des opérations IT plus spécialement en environnement technique critique.

Kenaz has more than 18 years of experience in Test & QA area across various contexts like a software editors (SAP, BusinessObjects), IT services companies (Infosys, CSC), or with a startup (FeatureMap). Since 2016, Kenaz is in charge of the Test & QA solutions within AXA Group IT, helping the 170+ entities of AXA across the world to transform their testing practices into a continuous QA approach.

Depuis 20 ans dans l’Informatique du Groupe AXA, Bruno Pedotti est Responsable de la Guilde Test, communauté de plus de 300 experts du test intervenant sur l’ensemble du SI d’AXA France. Il transforme le modèle de delivery et la culture du test au sein de la DSI. Fier de son métier, il incarne et porte la vision de la filière métier du test au sein et en dehors d’AXA.
