While at Symbian, Antony was a founder of the Symbian open-source foundation. During that time she has built out QA functions across Deutsche Bank’s Risk Systems and has been a key influencer in defining, shaping and implementing the banks QA practices across Risk platforms. With a strong focus on regulation across the Bank, in the past 5 years Yvette’s focus has been on building the QA and Testing, and Release Management capability across Market and Counterparty Credit Risk.

In January 2018, the founders of Exactpro completed a management buyout from LSEG. Iosif manages business development and research in the field of high-load trading systems reliability. He is actively involved in delivering strategic software testing initiatives. Iosif has organized several industry conferences, including EXTENT - Software Testing and Trading Technology Trends Conference. He frequently speaks at worldwide FinTech events. Iosif started his professional career in 2000 as a software engineer in a US-based software development company. For seven years, he worked as a Team Lead and a Technology Architect on projects for a number of US companies. In 2006, Iosif joined a company providing QA services in the financial sector. His extensive software development experience helped him to establish a Performance Testing Department specialising in testing high load trading systems. As a Technical Lead, Iosif was responsible for developing testing tools and implementing technical solutions for a number of leading exchanges and global investment banks. Iosif also has experience managing a consulting practice with a focus on advanced execution systems. As VP of Technology, he was responsible for implementing testing solutions on a number of complex projects for customers worldwide.
Paul has over 30 years IT experience in the finance industry in both Build the Bank and Run the Bank roles, having led complex, global, multi-partner teams across a variety of technical platforms. Paul Is currently accountable for the implementation of Service Virtualisation across Barclays. He is a change agent who drives the adoption of new technologies through building deep relationships across the business. His focus is on reducing time to market by simplifying the pre-production estate and removing the need for multiple end-to-end dev & test environments.
Robin Allport is Application Architect for the Marketing IT team at Compare The Market. With over 20 years in the industry, Robin has become a specialist in performance and optimisation of high traffic, consumer websites.
Mikes early career was spent as an entrepreneur, starting, building and then selling on businesses, by the time he was 25, he had already sold two successful businesses, firstly in property and then in catering and he was about to embark on his biggest challenge, trading in the former soviet union state of Kazakhstan. After a successful 5 years building the business, including learning a second language, in the year 2000, it was time for a new challenge, mainly driven by his wife’s career move to the UK. A career change beckoned and given he had always had a passion for technology, he decided the then emerging world of ‘IT’ was where he wanted to apply himself. Firstly in the TCAD arena of semiconductor simulation software, before moving into the world of website performance some 16 years ago, where he has been ever since. Mike has been involved with some of the UKs largest online projects, such as the launch of Direct Gov in 2004, the Launch of New Looks ecommerce channel in 2007, the launch of Harry Potters site Pottermore in 2012 and helping Nexts large UK online sales events go without a glitch for the past 13 years, to name just a few.
Jordan has nearly 30 years’ experience as a Test and QA professional, across a number of different organisations in both the public and private sectors. More than 20 years of that time have been in leadership roles, with the last 5 spent at the Bank of England. During that time he has built the Test Practice out across all of the Bank’s business areas and expanded its remit to cover Test Enablement and Release Management. In 2017, the focus on this work moved to evolving testing towards QA and driving best practice into the area to meet the specific challenges presented by regulatory change and the ever increasing need for more, better and newer data and data analysis.

Maya Ber Lerner joined Quali in 2007 and serves as Vice-President of Product Management. Prior to this role, Maya served in a variety of key management roles including systems engineering and sales. In her sales management roles, Maya was VP of International Sales, Director of Channel Development as well as Director of Asia-Pacific Sales. Prior to Quali, Maya held technical roles at Amdocs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Biomedical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Vasiliy is a Mobile Lead in the UK and has been at Google for over 5 years. Prior to the UK, he worked as a mobile product strategist at Google in Mountain View, California for 3 years. In his current role, he helps large businesses in the UK improve their mobile website performance by focusing on webpage speed, UX, and functionality.
