Jordan has nearly 30 years’ experience as a Test and QA professional, across a number of different organisations in both the public and private sectors. More than 20 years of that time have been in leadership roles, with the last 5 spent at the Bank of England. During that time he has built the Test Practice out across all of the Bank’s business areas and expanded its remit to cover Test Enablement and Release Management. In 2017, the focus on this work moved to evolving testing towards QA and driving best practice into the area to meet the specific challenges presented by regulatory change and the ever increasing need for more, better and newer data and data analysis.
Maya Ber Lerner joined Quali in 2007 and serves as Vice-President of Product Management. Prior to this role, Maya served in a variety of key management roles including systems engineering and sales. In her sales management roles, Maya was VP of International Sales, Director of Channel Development as well as Director of Asia-Pacific Sales. Prior to Quali, Maya held technical roles at Amdocs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Biomedical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Bala Mukund is a Director of Technology for Charles Schwab with over 15 years of experience in managing, designing, and building enterprise level applications ranging from finance, sales, marketing, and banking systems. In the current role, Bala is the Technology Director and Solutions Architect for the Intelligent Portfolios platform – which provides automated investment advice. Bala worked closely with the IP technology teams to establish best development and quality automation practices leading to improved quality and delivery. Prior to joining Charles Schwab in 2015, Bala was a Technology Director at Morningstar and VP at Nationwide, in Chicago.

Avik Ganguly, currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at LSEG’s Information Services Division which includes The Yield Book and FTSE Russell. The Yield Book is a market leader in the fixed income analytics and FTSE Russell is a global leader in indexes. Avik’s team is responsible for the Quality Engineering infrastructure of the Yield Book technology products. Prior to joining LSEG; Avik was an Engineering Director at WeWork where he co-founded their Quality Engineering team from ground up. Avik has a proven track record of building world class engineering teams in hyper growth mode and attracting and retaining top talent. Avik’s passion for quality stems from his graduate research work in the field of operations research and stochastic systems leading him to a career in driving operational excellence in the industry. Prior to WeWork, Avik lived and worked in San Francisco for nearly a decade. Avik enjoys traveling and has traveled to 15 countries over last 5 years.
Robin Allport is Application Architect for the Marketing IT team at Compare The Market. With over 20 years in the industry, Robin has become a specialist in performance and optimisation of high traffic, consumer websites.
Wendy is DevSecOps Director within the Enterprise Architecture office at Experian, where she guides deelopment teams to integrte security principles into the software development cycle. Providing oversight and support through tooling to ensure quality code which addresses business and security goals, she works cosely with the company's development teams to ensure minimally-frictional integration of secure design and secure coding principles into the source code. Wendy has a background in infrastructure and security architecture design. She completed her scientific doctoral studies at the University of Oxford and has made contributions to the scientific community through peer-reviewed publications. She is keen to share her experience and expertise across the wider cyber community, addressing key challenges within the security industry through her blogs.
Manish Tripathi has been at Morgan Stanley since 2011 and currently is global head of Quality Assurance for Algorithmic Trading Services focusing on Cash Equity trading. He manages a wide variety of regulatory projects and has a global presence with teams spread across Asia, Europe and North America. He is responsible for quality assurance for Real Time Market Data, Trading Risk & Control and Trade Execution engines.

Jasper Geurts is Principal Consultant and Director of US Consulting Services at Software Improvement Group, where he leads the company’s consultancy practice in North America. In his role, Jasper focuses on expanding SIG services in the region primarily with IT due diligence and modernization solutions as well as the Sigrid software assurance platform. Jasper has been active in the IT industry for more than 13 years. He began his career as an entrepreneur, founding a software development company, then shifted his focus over time from software development to software governance. Jasper continues to build on his extensive industry experience, having now advised more than 25 enterprise clients in more than 150 software projects.
Luc Brandts is Chief Executive Officer at Software Improvement Group. He joined the company in 2018 as Chief Technology Officer to help drive international growth and technological leadership. Luc has worked in the information technology industry since 1994 when he founded his company, BWise. He served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer, and together with Robert Pijselman, grew it to become a recognized global market leader in the risk management and compliance space. Following the acquisition of BWise by Nasdaq, Luc assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer for the company’s risk management practice. Throughout his career, he has also held various board member and investor roles. Luc holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Eindhoven.
Milan is the Head of Quality Engineering at N26, the mobile bank. In his role, he is working with engineering teams on building the highest quality software by following good practices in testing and quality engineering. In the last decade he has gained practical experience in software testing in particular, agile testing, automation in testing and tooling, which he is sharing with engineering teams to improve the quality and process of building software. He enjoys speaking publicly at the conferences and meetups where he shares his knowledge and experience.
Matthias Rasking is the Managing Director for Sixsentix Germany. He is also the Technical Chair for the TMMi foundation, a not-for-profit organization aimed at promoting an open standard for Test Maturity assessments, and supports the ISO/IEC Working Group 26 on formulating and enhancing ISO 29119 and 21246 standards for software testing and work product reviews. He has over 20 years experience working in several large scale Information Technology and Process Improvement projects globally. He maintains a broad knowledge in Project Management, Software Engineering, Development methodologies as well as process improvement, focusing on the human factor in each project. He is highly skilled in Systems and Application Testing, Test Organization, Process Improvement and Measurement and is an accredited TMMI Lead Assessor.
Bryan Osterkamp is a Principal Technical Architect at USAA. He owns the testing domain, with responsibility over testing infrastructure and automation tooling across all lines of business and technology stacks. He provides technical oversight and guidance including providing best in class tools to the developers and testers at USAA. Bryan has always had a passion for testing, even as a developer and application architect, providing architecture and technical leadership in multiple application areas at USAA for seventeen years. He is a certified SAFe Agilist as well as an Open Group Master Architect. Outside of USAA, Bryan enjoys guest lecturing and sharing at conferences to advance the discipline of architecture and testing.
Steve Karam, Senior Director, Education, and Enablement, is a long time leader in data technology and education with over 20 years in the IT industry. As an Oracle consultant under the pseudonym of the Oracle Alchemist, he has earned recognition as an Oracle Certified Master, Oracle ACE, and has spoken at many conferences including Oracle Open World and been published in books and articles. Steve is also a natural tinkerer and has worked with most cloud, RDBMS, NoSQL, and development systems.
Ilker Taskaya, Principal Solutions Engineer began his career as a database analyst in the financial services sector 20 years ago. He has specialized in financial services and healthcare industry data security solutions for the last 10 years. He holds a number of patents in the data security field.
Matthew Luken is a fervent user experience and service designer, digital strategist, and critical thinker. He excels at digital strategy, product management, process engineering / service design, user-centered interface design, accessibility (A11Y) strategy and agile / lean UX. He currently works at U.S. Bank as Director of UX for platforms and A11Y, which represents his 275th brand. Luken has worked UX in every vertical specializing in loyalty, finance, transportation, eCommerce, education, and automotive. He ran his own award-winning web firm for six years where their apprenticeship program graduated more than sixty-five students and continues to mentor students in UX and digital design. Luken has taught web, UX, and design classes at a college level for over thirteen years, currently at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. He holds Masters of Aeronautical Science Operations and Technical Management and a BS in Comp Sci from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Dylan is the Chief Product Officer at Deque. He has almost 20 years of experience in technology development, technical sales, product management, product marketing, and corporate development. Dylan founded a startup in 1989 that was acquired. He then went public with OpenText and helped grow revenues to over $400 million. He later led the effort to create a digital center within a Borders store and to begin the transition from purely physical products to digital and physical product mix delivered in a cross channel online and in-store way. In addition to his work experience, Dylan has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from the University of the Witwatersrand. Dylan believes in leading through action to create value for shareholders and the community.
