Dan is currently working as the Head of Software Testing at eBay in London.
He has a mix of experiences having worked as a tester, a coach and a leader at different companies within various software industries.
Dan is an aspiring public speaker within the software testing and agile communities, having conducted talks all over the world over the past 7 years. He also co-hosts the "Testing In The Pub" podcast and is the co-founder of the Software Testing Clinic, a free software testing course that runs monthly sessions in 5 cities across the UK, offering a safe environment to teach people about testing and allows more experienced people to get into mentoring.

From career kick off as a Test Analyst to leading a Testing and Environment Practice, Alex is a career Quality evangelist, working across many organisations and industries as a consultant, and now focused on helping deliver Quality and Value at John Lewis- the UK’s Leading Omni-Channel Retailer. Alex is passionate about the evolution of Testing and Quality Management, and his current focus is helping build the right culture across all Delivery Teams to support John Lewis IT’s Digital Transformation Journey.
Chris is an accomplished IT leader with experience working for some of the largest companies in the UK including TUI Group (now Travelopia), Sainsbury’s, O2 and Expedia. Chris started his career at SapientNitro, an eCommerce consultancy, before moving to Sainsbury’s and gaining experience working across supply chain, logistics, online and trading platforms. At private equity backed Travelopia, Chris is now responsible for IT Delivery across the Marine businesses, which are some of the largest in the Group including Le Boat (the largest operator of self-drive boating holiday across Europe), Sunsail and The Moorings (collectively the largest Yacht charter businesses in the world, with a fleet of nearly 1000 Yachts across 26 destinations worldwide.) Chris’s IT function is responsible for all digital and back-office functions which support the Marine brands.
As Head of QA, Rouven runs a team of around 110 people, who are responsible for ensuring the quality of the EE website, mobile site and the EE App serving over 10 million App users and over 30 million customers. Rouven and his team are driving the change to a more Agile DevOps approach by focusing on automation, performance testing and how this can be moved further to the left in the development life cycle.
Working in the industry for 20 years, Rouven started in pre-sales at Deutsche Bank as a contractor, before moving into QA working for Vodafone in Germany. He also worked in various industries such as telecoms, trading, retail and network management.
After leaving Vodafone Roucen joined Good Technology (formerly known as Visto) which gave him the chance to work in the USA. Rouven has been living and working in the UK since 2010.
