Michael joined Wells Fargo in July 2021 and is currently the Head of Testing Enablement for the Bank. Reporting to the Global Head of Chief Technology Office Enterprise Application Services, Michael’s organization partners across Technology to ensure its Testing Products and Services will support the engineering community to release quality software through agile delivery across Wells Fargo’s suite of applications, while reducing the Cost of Quality through Automation, Performance Engineering and Continuous Testing. Michael is a Seasoned IT leader in the Financial Services industry with over 35+ years’ experience successfully leading and transforming global Development and QA/QE teams. He is an exceptional people manager with a track record of motivating, mentoring and leading large, globally diverse teams through times of extensive change. Michael is a career-long champion of diversity with a passion for driving an inclusive workforce and an advocate for human capital. He currently holds the lead role for Inclusion as part of the LQBTQ+ Segment of Wells Fargo’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative, helping to promote inclusive environments in which all employees are heard and differences are celebrated and respected. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Michael was employed by Refinitiv’s Division of London Stock Exchange Group, where he was the Head of Product Engineering Test Delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of Quality Engineering for Refinitiv, this role played an integral part in ensuring the Firm’s Quality Position and Production Stability.
Rich Chung is Wells Fargo’s Chief Development Officer. His team focuses on enhancing the ability to deliver for our customers by leveraging all of the Chief Technology Office strategies, capabilities, insights and approaches. As the primary voice of Agile for Technology, Rich is also accountable for Agile transformation of CTO-owned products and CTO Reporting and Analytics. The Agile Transformation team plays a critical role in helping Wells Fargo Technology fully embrace the Agile methodology, which dramatically improves the speed at which we deliver products to our customers. Rich has more than 25 years of experience, much of which is in Financial Services. He worked at JP Morgan Chase, where he was head of Transformation Practice Enablement and Analytics for Chase Consumer and Community Bank. In that role, he drove its transformation from a primarily waterfall organization to a completely Agile organization. Rich also worked in the JP Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of various technology supporting onboarding, client service, and customer/account reference data. Rich has also been a Director of Architecture that has worked with a number of different financial services companies through working for a consultancy – Sapient. Rich has a Math and Computer Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University with a specialization in distributed systems and software engineering.
Gerald Le Donne is an Executive Director and founding Distinguished Engineer at UBS responsible for Wealth Management Americas product delivery. He delivers products and services across advisory and field applications in WMA. Gerald Le Donne was the CTO of the Investment Bank at Credit Suisse. He held numerous positions at Credit Suisse ranging from Development, QA, Support and Market Data Business Head. His experience varied across Equity Low Latency Trading, Fixed Income Trading, One Bank Integration, Group Finance, Wealth Management, Market Data and large transformational programs. Gerald Le Donne was the chief architect for Deutsche Bank’s Strategic Development team. He was a key contributor to implementing a 5 point strategy to change the culture in the Corporate and Investment banking technology organization which encompassed over 15,000 employees. Gerald focused on creating and implementing an internet strategy for Bankers Trust Alex Brown. He managed a development organization that delivered the next generation internet banking products for the Investment Bank. Mr. LeDonne was one of the founders of a California based internet business venture funded by AT&T. He managed development of internet networking products targeted at large telecommunication companies. Previously he was a member of AT&T’s strategic development team defining AT&T’s online and internet strategy. Gerald was an engineer at Bell Laboratories where he developed numerous communication and networking products. Gerald also developed early Pen based computing products as part of a joint venture between Microsoft and AT&T.

Bringing 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Alex leads the Delphix customer success team and works with all business units to deliver on a customer-centric strategy. Over the course of his career, Alex has been responsible for scaling professional services, technical support, sales/pre-sales, channel, and customer success organizations at rapidly growing technology companies. Prior to Delphix, Alex held executive and go-to-market leadership roles at Turbonomic, Pure Storage, Riverbed Technology, and Symantec during their years of hyper-growth. Alex holds a BA from Georgetown University and resides in the Boston area.
Brad Taylor is a seasoned Financial Services Technology leader who has significant experience building and transforming financial services firms across the globe. His work resume includes roles as - Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank) and as - Senior Vice President Infrastructure Services – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Brad holds an MBA from the University of Toronto.
Alex is a seasoned leader in the technology industry with extensive international business experience in agile software engineering, continuous testing and DevOps. Starting out as a developer and then moving into software testing, Alex rose through the ranks and built and led quality engineering practices across multiple enterprise companies from different industries around the world. Throughout his career Alex has led the transformation of testing and quality assurance practices, as well as designing enhanced organizational structures to support the culture change necessary for successful adoption of modern software engineering approaches such as Agile and more recently DevOps.
Aruneesh is an experienced Technologist/Generalist with 20+ years of experience spanning Development, DevSecOps, PMO, CI/CD, Automation, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure, Virtualization, Security. He is CISSP, CKA/CKAD, AWS and PMP/RMP certified. He has expertise in coordinating diverse teams and resources to complete objectives and is organized and detail-oriented with proactive and hard-working nature.
Ali is Head of Product Design & Research for Wealth & Asset Management at BNY Mellon. He and his team are leading the UX experience design and research efforts for enterprise-wide Design System with Accessibility compliance along other project initiatives. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Ali comes from JP Morgan CFS Head of Product Design and UX and his background is from consulting agencies. Ali, received his Master degree from NYU in Computer Engineering and his Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. He has been in the industry for over fifteen years.
Justin Dolly is Chief Security Officer at Sauce Labs, where he oversees the development and implementation of the company’s long-term security strategy, ensuring its customers have the highest level of protection to support their digital goals. He is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) with more than 20 years of experience in building and implementing a culture of security within global organizations.
Karen's responsibility is to lead all testing functions at Unqork. She manages onshore and offshore teams to maintain QA coverage on 60+ Unqork applications according to internal standards and expectations. As one of the founding members of the QA department at Unqork, she has seen countless opportunities to improve the Codeless QA Process. Before Unqork, Karen garnered a useful mixture of experience in both content development and insurance agency management.
Jason Jerina has been a technology leader for over 20 years. He's led Software Development, Release Management, Business Analyst, Application Support and Quality Assurance organizations in a few industries. Jason grew up in technology as a hands on tester. Early in his career he progressed from a QA tester, to Quality Assurance Lead, to then a Quality Assurance Manager. After his career progression into management, he soon became a senior leader of development teams, production support, release management and business analyst teams. His passion has always been for Quality Assurance, Technology Leadership, and Production Support. Most of his 20+ years have been spent in Financial Services firms, ranging from Banking, Capital Markets, and now Insurance. His passion for Technology Leadership and Quality Assurance have enabled him to drive innovation with his teams in areas such as test automation, performance engineering, white box testing, and newer efficient approaches to Acceptance Testing. His approach is to encourage innovative ideas from his teams, encourage them to try them, and support them in their efforts to deliver.

Ramkumar Ayyadurai is the Quality Assurance and Test Engineering Director for Equities at Citi. At Citi, his team is responsible for providing Quality Assurance and Engineering services for over 100+ applications globally. Ram is currently leading a multiyear Global QA transformation strategy around migrating away from archaic QA practices to a “Best in class” Test Engineering focused organization. His team is leading the charge around Enterprise Test Automation Framework, Virtualization, DevOps, Containerization, Cloud adoption within Quality Assurance/Test Engineering space. Ram has over 18 years of IT experience and majority of his career in Investment banking across banks including JP Morgan chase (UK), Merrill Lynch (US), Credit Suisse (US). Prior to Citi, Ram led the Quality Assurance function at Credit Suisse – Investment Banking division. During his tenure at Credit Suisse, he has established Industry award winning QA Engineering practices across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Risk and Trading technologies IT.
Ruoh-Yann Huang is the Network Services Architecture Executive for Technology Infrastructure & Production Services at Bank of America. Her team is responsible for designing, engineering and infrastructure standards creation for essential Network Services, Network Management, Telemetry and Data Analytics, and Lab-as-a-Service. Ruoh-Yann provides the technical vision and direction to the team in delivering business value through transformation and automation, as well as creating new capabilities to support IP communications and innovation while maximize protection to the Bank’s Systems and Data. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ruoh-Yann served as the Global Head of Security Engineering for TD Bank, where she was responsible for overseeing strategy and direction for Cyber Security and Identity Access Management engineering. She joined TD Bank from Goldman Sachs, where she held various Infrastructure leadership roles and was instrumental in innovation and created the firm’s first business partner connectivity portal and Internet client portal servicing business partners. While in Goldman Sachs, she was named Tech Fellow, one of the first two women Tech Fellow in the firm. Ruoh-Yann has over 30 years of experience working in the IT industry, and holds one US patent in Synthetic Cyber-Risk Model for Vulnerability Determination.
Denis Ignatovich has over a decade of experience in trading, risk management, quantitative modeling, and complex trading system design. Prior to joining AI, he was head of the central risk trading desk at Deutsche Bank London. He holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and degrees in CS and Finance from UT Austin.

Colin Wynd is the Senior Vice President Of Engineering at The Clearing House (TCH). Prior to this role, Colin was Head of Real-Time Payments Technology at TCH. TCH is designated a SIFU (a systemically important financial utility whose failure could pose a threat to the stability of the United States financial system). Real-Time Payments (RTP) is a 47x7 system and is the first new payments rail in the USA over the past 40 years and eliminated the “float” that occurs with existing payments systems. Colin is responsible for all aspects of the development and technology as RTP is rolled out to over 9,000 FI’s in the US. Previously Colin was VP & Head of Common Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of new York and was responsible for changing how the Federal Reserve System manages and builds solutions including enterprise data management and mission critical applications. Colin was the senior technology executive responsible for engineering secure products and services for clients across the Federal Reserve System, Board Of Governors, US Treasury and Financial Institutions including FedAI (a ML/NLP service); FedEAGLE (a Data Analytics product), System Tooling Service (a DevSecOps platform for building and deploying applications) and System ReUse Service (a set of reusable libraries and microservices that make up ~50% of all production code for FRBNY). Colin started his career with Hewlett-Packard in the UK before joining Cendant, a Fortune 100 company in the Travel, Hospitality and Real-Estate industries as VP Enterprise Applications. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Colin co-founded, TRG, a boutique management consulting company that included Cigna and Covance as clients. Colin has a B.S. in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow.
