The QA Financial Forum Chicago is back for its 4th year. This forum is a one day networking event on the subject of software quality assurance.
This forum is free to attend for delegates from financial firms. Our audience will hear from experts and pioneers in new QA technologies from banks, insurance companies, exchanges and trading venues.

Autumn Ciliberto is an Enterprise Account Director at Keysight Technologies, supporting clients with an AI-Powered Test Automation Solution; Eggplant Software. Eggplant Software is a leading test automation solution specializing in digital transformation. Autumn has 10+ years of experience selling into the Enterprise software space. She recently spoke at Keysight’s corporate conference in Las Vegas on the subject of ‘Identifying Key Personas and Delivering Testing Solutions to C-Level Executives’. Autumn provides leading testing teams a solution to support organizational objectives to ‘shift-left’ and keep up with their ever-growing client demands in this digital world.
Kyle Jurick joined Tempus Technologies in June of 2009 as a Customer Support Analyst. Working directly with the clients issues daily, Jurick saw opportunities to improve the products of Tempus Technologies and streamline tasks that were traditionally done manually. Jurick moved from customer support to a development role, contributing to designing and building many of the products that Tempus is proud to offer today. Jurick joined the management team as the Director of Product in 2016 and transitioned to Vice President of Product in 2017. In this role, he gives Tempus team members and customers direction on solving hard problems to ultimately bring our clients to the point of feeling confident that their payment system is going to work every time.
Andy Kasi heads up the enterprise software application development at Wintrust Financial Corporation, a holding company for 15 local banks in Illinois and Wisconsin. Andy has moved Wintrust towards Cloud-base application development, improved continuous integration, and helped develop a Software Centre of Excellence. Prior to Wintrust he has worked for data management specialist Pricchaa, software developer Infogix and consultancy Protiviti on product development and risk technology management.
Mike Schober is a Managing Director in Technology at Charles Schwab leading the software development and delivery of Schwab Intelligent Portfolios an innovative automated investing platform. Prior to Schwab he worked at large companies and startups with a personal driving force to deliver new and emerging technology solutions, including one of the first internet payment systems, an early one-click shopping experience, a first of its kind internet payment chip enabled credit card, and more. Mike has a passion for leading edge industry changing technology innovations and takes pride in delivering solutions that improve individual’s experiences and lives.
Izzy Azeri is the CEO and co-founder of mabl, leading SaaS provider for end-to-end cross-browser test automation. He has held broad ranging responsibilities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and M&A at technology companies including Google, EMC, VMware and Stackdriver. Most recently, he was Senior Product Manager at Google responsible for Google Cloud Platform pricing strategy. Prior to Google, Izzy was co-founder of Stackdriver, an intelligent-infrastructure monitoring company which was successfully acquired by Google in 2014. In addition, Izzy serves on the Board of Directors of CSP, Inc (NASDAQ CSPI), Thurndra.io, as well as board of advisors at Turbonomic and Threatstack.
Pushpinder has 16+ years of experience working in Telecoms, Media and Finance. She studied Electrical engineering, pursued an MBA and is PMP, SAFE certified. Pushpinder currently works as a Senior QA Automation Manager at Northbridge Insurance and is passionate about technologies such as Selenium, Cloud, API test automation, Service Virtualization and AI based Test Case Optimization. She has vast experience in managing teams, carrying out functional, automation, performance and security testing.
Kenny is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience leading successful global teams in both pre- and post-sale technical services. As the driving force behind Parasoft Customer Success, Kenny ensures that customers effectively utilize Parasoft solutions to achieve their business objectives and realize long-term value. Kenny's expertise in Pre-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Technical Support has been honed through his leadership roles with esteemed organizations such as KPMG, IBM Global Services, Smarsh, and Micro Focus. Sabrena Foxx is the Senior Director of the enterprise Accessibility Program. In the accessibility role, she sets the accessibility best practices and develops the core competency for Ally’s internal teams to deliver an inclusive experience for all users with a specific focus on users with disabilities. Ally’s accessibility program was recognized by Deque with the 2022 Long Standing Commitment to Accessibility award. This role allows Sabrena the opportunity to connect with the community which aligns with her personal passion of service. Her connections in the disability community in Charlotte and Detroit have created opportunities to build relationships that have helped Ally’s accessibility program grow. Her work in the community has paved the way to establishing awareness programming for the digital teams and creating relationships for the DiverseAbilities employee resource group. Sabrena’s work in the community expands to working with service organizations to help high school teens and their parents prepare for the college application process and obtaining scholarships for the students. Prior to working at Ally, Sabrena was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in multiple roles in technology and ecommerce supporting the consumer bank. This is where she credits her ability to understand the power and control that creating self service capabilities delivers the customer. Sabrena has been at Ally for 11 years and holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Winston Salem State University and her MBA from Appalachian State University. She is also on the board of directors for the Metrolina Association for the Blind.
Courtney Benjamin is the Senior Testing Process Analyst for Ally’s Accessibility Program. She develops and promotes the adoption and integration of accessibility policies, procedures, and standards across all lines of business, in order to improve testing of Ally’s digital products. Courtney enjoys pairing innovation with accessibility to come up with new and engaging ways to promote accessibility. In her role, Courtney provides training to introduce the idea of accessibility to all incoming squad members in the technology space. Courtney also provides role specific trainings for testers to equip them with the right tools to confidently test and raise concerns across their product lines. Courtney is a certified NVDA screen reader expert and enjoys teaching others the ins and outs of screen reader testing across mobile and desktop platforms. Recently, Courtney spoke at two of the world’s largest Accessibility conferences on her involvement in groundbreaking research which uses early-stage usability testing to gather customer feedback from screen reader users, prior to page development. Courtney has been at Ally for 4 years and received her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Elon University. Courtney’s strong sense of curiosity and interest in technology led her to discovering a passion for User Experience and Accessibility.
Rochak is a leader, passionate about helping front-office sales, trading and asset-managers transform in the current climate. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, Rochak is aware of the pain-points within capital markets and is keen to utilise Google Cloud services to make markets more transparent and systematic. Three domains of interest are: 1) Data Analytics - Utilising Machine Learning and AI models to transform and/or drive new businesses 2) Application Modernisation - Containers and Kubernetes to develop next-generation solutions enabling multi-cloud 3) Regulatory Blueprints - End-to-End solutions for businesses to meet regulatory challenges thereby staying focused on growing market share or reducing cost
Sean works with strategic customers and partners to engineer and construct scalable AI/ML solutions. Primarily working in financial services and public sector, Sean has extensive experience in anti-financial crime, including fraud detection, AML, and KYC. He previously worked for SWIFT, where he helped engineer an enterprise scale AI platform for deploying fraud detection algorithms and helped create SWIFT’s AI Center of Excellence. Sean has experience in a wide range of AI related roles, including data science, MLOps, and DevOps. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and has written papers on fraud detection in real-time financial transactions. He also serves on the Information Technology Policy Advisory Committee for Fairfax County, VA where he provides advice and guidance to the county board of supervisors on matters related to AI, data science, and emerging technologies.
Thomas Long is the SVP of QA at oneZero where he is helping QA grow and adapt during a period of rapid growth. He has held Sr. QA leadership positions at a number of other financial firms where he has specialized in managing to change and adaptive best practices.
Andrew Kumiega has applied his PhD in Industrial Engineering to research positions in both the manufacturing and the financial industry over the 30 years. He has held multiple director and partner-level positions in financial services firms. At most of these firms, Dr. Kumiega was responsible for IT Governance/Risk including model governance and overall IT systems reliability management. He has pioneered the application of software quality engineering and risk management to reduce risk and increase system availability for financial platforms. Dr. Kumiega is a facility member at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Sejal is Vice President of Compliance at Synapse and holds professional scrum master PSM I and in Six Sigma certificates. She considers herself a lifelong learner with B.S in Decision Science, M.S in Management Information System and most recently M.S in Law from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Sejal has over a decade of experience working within FinTech and Regulatory Compliance; specifically bringing clarity to complex product workflows for State and Federal regulators within the lending space. She began her career as a front-end Java developer and proudly held various roles as Technical Writer, Process Re-engineer, Product Owner, and QA Manager. Although, her most proud accomplishment is completing South Island Te Araroa trail in New Zealand.

Speaker: Pushpinder Malhotra, Senior QA Automation Manager, Northbridge Financial Northbridge Financial is one of Canada's largest insurance companies. Pushpiner's experience spans 16 years of working with different testing tools, as automation technologies have developed in parallel. Her presentation will focus on how Northbridge is now moving to continuous, in-sprint, testing as it adopts containerization as a cornerstone of its app development, and how it is reducing app delivery times as a result. In addition to discussing the challenges of adapting and replacing legacy architecture. Pushpinder will also be covering some specific solutions Northbridge has adopted for customer app testing and also for IFRS compliance reporting.
