Chris joined Aviva in 2017 to improve the presence and capabilities of mobile as a viable insurance channel and created a dedicated Mobile team. Chris also leads the aviva.co.uk and Aviva.com teams. His focus is on creating engaging customer journeys through both channels and championing innovation. Prior to these roles, Chris has lead mobile and web teams across a number of media businesses, including the BBC and has built and released his own successful mobile apps.
