Webb.ai, the California-headquartered observability specialist, has launched an automated continuous root cause analysis platform which uses AI to analyse defects and changes to the IT environment. The platform employs generative AI, which utilises large language models to generate new and unique content based on patterns found in training data, to aggregate telemetry data and present it in natural language to DevOps teams.

Commenting on the launch, Webb.ai CEO and founder Manish Gupta [pictured] said: “AI is allowing us to write code ever faster. Software also makes infrastructure very dynamic. There is continued innovation in PaaS services. But Ops is struggling because they have to identify the change that caused the downtime.”

“Webb.ai gives organisations an unprecedented visibility into the full stack, how subsystems interact, how one change causes another, and how it impacts a business metric. This creates transparency and trust across the organisation, reducing downtime and increasing the pace of feature delivery.”
