Mizuho Bank London Selects Orchestrade to Unite Risk and Trade Data

general-banking-1569324338

Mizuho Bank London has gone live with the Orchestrade system for consolidated risk management across a broad range of asset classes, provided by trading, risk and operations technology specialist Orchestrade. The switch is expected to address business and regulatory requirements, by uniting trading and risk data within a single system. Like other large financial institutions, Mizuho generates and maintains trading and risk data in multiple systems. This approach creates challenges in producing consolidated views of risk that are consistent and fast. By leveraging an open API framework, Orchestrade will enable Mizuho to maintain a consistent view of P&L and risk in near real-time. Mizuho selected Orchestrade after an extensive review of other third-party systems as well as internal build. The implementation from selection to production was accomplished in 9 months, on schedule and within budget.
