WealthOS, a cloud-native SaaS platform for digital wealth management operating systems, has been released as a freely available sandbox environment. The release follows comprehensive testing by Exactpro, the test automation specialist for complex financial markets.

Using th2, Exactpro’s core testing framework for transaction processing systems, the two firms have developed a model-based test library covering end-to-end scenarios, conducted functional touch testing of the platform features, and developed third-party simulators.

Alexey Zverev, co-CEO and co-founder of Exactpro, said: “The variety of the platform’s features and integrations gives room to apply different testing solutions. We have been able to match the complexity of the platform’s cloud-native architecture with a cloud-native test framework and a bespoke set of industry-proven test method capabilities. This has ensured swift test execution and extensive test coverage.”

The platform is being released as a modular sandbox, allowing for firms of any size to experiment with ideas for a range of wealth management applications, such as digital investment platforms. While the sandbox environment supports free development and testing of ideas, WealthOS offers paid plans for full projects which include access to single-client cloud environments and custom integration support.

The environment contains a range of features, including order management, payments, KYC/AML and portfolio management and rebalancing components along with the tools to design and test solutions. There is also a range of APIs for integration into payment systems and data providers.

Anton Padmasiri, CEO and founder of WealthOS (pictured), said: “Our sandbox significantly reduces entry barriers by allowing users to create and test fully-functioning prototypes ahead of seeking internal approvals or external funding. Moreover, users, from large enterprises to startups, can rest assured that they’ll be experimenting with a reliable and safe platform that has met robust testing by Exactpro.”
