Eggplant Updates Performance Testing Suite to Include “One-Click” Testing

London-based customer experience optimisation specialist Eggplant has released a new version of Eggplant Performancе, introducing new features such as “one-click” performance testing. According to Eggplant, the new feature spares organisations the need to rely on highly experienced specialists. Eggplant Performance, paired with an Eggplant AI test model, “allows anyone to execute performance tests quickly and easily,” according to the company. The technology then creates a large number of users in the cloud, executes paths based on the model, records page load speeds, and develops a comprehensive performance report. Additionally, Eggplant has boosted its Real Customer Insights (RCI) tool to include a chart illustrating the optimum page load speed for maximum conversions and minimum bounces. The RCI is now able to pinpoint where site performance currently fails different groups of visitors and provides enhanced alerts and notifications that highlight which parts of the website are negatively impacting conversions. Eggplant RCI works alongside Eggplant Performance to gather data to provide businesses with focused user information in order to deliver better user and business outcomes.
