Alten Group, the France-based Engineering and IT services company, has acquired Toronto-headquartered software quality engineering services company QA consultants.
Speaking about the deal, Alten Group chairman and CEO Simon Azoulay(pictured) said: “QA Consultants has established itself as a leader in software quality engineering, and this acquisition allows us to enhance our service offering across all industries and sectors with even more robust end-to-end software development services”.
The deal, in which Alten Group will acquire all of the assets of QA Consultants for an undisclosed sum, will see QA Consultants continue business as usual and operate as an independent subsidiary.
