cloud-1569324145

Accenture has acquired PrimeQ, an Oracle Software as a Service cloud implementation service provider, in its bid to strengthen its Oracle Cloud service offer. The deal was for $31 million. The addition of PrimeQ, which has the majority of its customer base in the region, makes Accenture the largest Oracle Cloud systems integrator in Oceania, according to a company press release. The Adelaide-headquartered start-up was founded in 2016 and has since built its capabilities in Oracle SaaS Cloud enterprise resource planning, specialising in areas such as transportation management, warehouse management and CRM. “PrimeQ has extensive experience implementing Oracle SaaS Cloud solutions, which complements Accenture’s established credentials across the Oracle Cloud portfolio,” said James Madigan, who leads Accenture’s Oracle business in Australia and New Zealand. “They are a highly valued Oracle ecosystem partner, bringing an impressive track record and top talent that will help drive significant results for our clients.”
